Due to the large number of the children facing Heart Diseases Heevie in cooperation with SIA NGO took the initiative to build up a data base for Congenital Heart Diseases patients in Kurdistan, the process of collecting all the The project of examining, registering and documenting the children with congenital heart diseases is one of the first and most active Heevie programs.

Heevie Organization is performing a regular documentation for all the possible cases of congenital heart diseases to make their information ready and available if any treatment or intervention modality required.

The program involved training of the doctors (mainly pediatricians) on Echocardiography examination for the patients with congenital heart diseases in Italy, in addition to providing Echocardiography machines for the main hospitals and centers in Duhok, Erbil and Sulaymaniyah.

During 2017, Heevie has so far registered ( 826 ) children with congenital heart diseases within its data base.
